- low fat cottage cheese (ad ke kt local store? haha)
- cranberries
- eggs (fave ak!!) haha...
- ground flaxseed (kebende nieh?)
- oranges!! (top 1 best fruit ever!)
- peanuts
- potatoes (top two choice!)
- salmon (mhalnye...)huhu
p/s: bukan murah nak jage kesihatan...then why u need to distroy it in the first place? huh
