fitness food...

Fitness food for women:

  1. avocado (mane nak dpt ek? mesti mhl..=))
  2. whole grain
  3. bananas (kedai byk nie..)
  4. berries
  5. carrots (mcm rabbit x kalu duk kunyah nie je? hehe..)
  6. whole grain cereal
  7. chicken thighs
  8. chocolate milk
  9. low fat cottage cheese (ad ke kt local store? haha)
  10. cranberries
  11. eggs (fave ak!!) haha...
  12. ground flaxseed (kebende nieh?)
  13. oranges!! (top 1 best fruit ever!)
  14. peanuts
  15. potatoes (top two choice!)
  16. salmon (mhalnye...)huhu

p/s: bukan murah nak jage kesihatan...then why u need to distroy it in the first place? huh
